About Sewalls Point

Sewall’s Point is a unique peninsula located between the Indian River Lagoon and St. Lucie River. The Island is 3 miles long and 1/3 miles wide, it encompasses 766 acres surrounded by water. To the east, is the Indian River Lagoon and Hutchinson Island, and beyond that are glimpses of the blue Atlantic Ocean. To the west lies the beauty and tranquility of the St. Lucie River, and to the south is the St. Lucie Inlet leading to the ocean. Approximately 800 homes occupy the area.
