About Ocean Trail

Ocean Trail is a gated, 22 acre community, located directly on the beach at Jupiter adjacent to DuBois Park. There are 5 buildings with a total of 602 units. Ocean Trail offers amenities such as, a pool, tennis courts, extra storage, an exercise room, a sauna, and bike storage. Four of the buildings are direct oceanfront. Each building has it's own HOA and pool.  These units are two bedroom, two bath units of about 1,200 square feet.The 5th building is located just off the beach but offers three bedroom units of about 1,600-1,800 square feet.  This community are the only condos located directly on the beach. Residents walk or bike daily to check out all of the activities that are right out the back door.
