Martinique Located on the sandy beaches of Singer Island, Martinique is composed of two 26-floor towers, as well as Ocean House and Ocean Villas. The West Tower features 99 residences with 2- and 3-bedroom floor plans and square footages ranging from 2011 to 2500 square feet. The East Tower, on the other hand, offers 99 residences with 2-bedroom floor plans and 2011 square feet. Ocean House offers 12 units, while Ocean Villas are 8 two-story townhomes on a pool deck. The substantial amenities include a state-of-the-art exercise facility, two swimming pools, Jacuzzi, two tennis courts, a full service restaurant adjacent to the pools and billiard room.  There is 24 hour security and a concierge in each Tower.  Pet friendly and up to 2 pets!
