Built in 1975, Waterglades Singer Island is the northernmost condominium on the island and it offers fantastic views of the Mac Arthur State Park. Waterglades Singer Island is comprised of three towers on 11 acres. The North Tower has 19 stories with 4 units per floor, the Center Tower has 22 stories with 4 units per floor and the South Tower has 26 stories with 4 units per floor making a total of 256 residences.
