About Phoenix Towers

Built in 1973, The Phoenix Towers consist of two twin buildings with 176 units. Each building has 24 floors and 88 units. The floor plans are 2 bedrooms with 2 full baths and approximately 1,219 Sqft. Some have views of the ocean while others look to the south west to the Intracoastal and the city of Palm Beach. The amenities include a heated, community pool complete with sauna, barbequed gas grills, four tennis courts, outdoor and indoor parking, night time security, shuffleboard and a pool table area. Phoenix Towers also has its own gated entry. This area boasts bicycle nature trails, snorkeling and an array of finishing, as well as plenty of public golf courses,  fine dining and great shopping, all nearby, and a short drive to downtown West Palm Beach. Condo rules do not allow pets.
